Recently we traveled to Mexico to Tulum in the state of Quintana Roo for the wedding of our daughter. We live in Florida, USA, and the idea of planning this wedding long distance seemed to us more difficult that climbing the Himalayas! Luckily we found a wonderful wedding planner in Tulum who made things easier for us. Fabiola, from Tulum Weddings Destination was very professional, attentive, and respectful of every detail of our wedding. She always found what we wanted, how we wanted it, and at the time we needed it. Our daughter’s wedding was a complete success in grand part because we had a great wedding planner. It couldn’t have been better. With 40+ guests traveling to Tulum from the US, including many who had never been to Mexico (such as our parents), we were very happy to have had your help working out all the details ahead of time. And everything went off beautifully. Many of our guests said it was “the best wedding ever!”
The setting–Suenos Tulum–was amazing; the fire dancers were incredible and added a unique flare; Carribbean Sol’s food was delicious; the tables looked fun and festive; and we danced the night away to the D.J.

it was the best ever ever ever!!! Luna Maya employs a gal named Fabiola who is absolutely adorable & extremely helpful. She speaks great English & made everything simple. She is organized and thorough.Never did the nerves flare as wiht most weddings. Everyone was cool & collected. She arranged for a DJ, Shaman (Charlie & Maria are a must if you are looking to do a Mayan Ceremony), and all the food, cake, & flowers. It truly was a perfect wedding in a very enchanting, spiritual & symbolic fashion – what a wedding should be. Feel free to send me a note if you need further recommendations. I felt very apprehensive using Trip Advisor as a recommendation because of rumors & also because I couldn’t find much on this hotel on the Web, so I’ll be happy to return the favor to those in need like I was. Just please pardon if I don’t get to reply right away, but I’ll do my best..

Wedding of our dreams! We had our wedding in Tulum on June 20th 2008. We had a Mayan Ceremony with Charlie and Maria. They were amazing and therefore our wedding was everything we could have ever wanted and MORE! Fabiola set us up with Charlie and organized for us to meet with him prior to our ceremony so he could get to know us. We met him at his restaurant downtown and it was perfect. They day of the wedding everythign flowed smoothly and went as planned and as timed. Fabiola was actually there too! She was very sweet and years from now when we renew our wedding vows we plan on doing everything exactly the same. We can only hope Fabiola, Charlie, and Maria are still there. We also used Deigo Munoz for our photographer. He was PERFECT too! Very professional, on time, great pictures, accomodating, and overall a good person.
